On Saturday March 11 from 12 pm to 4:30pm, the Northmont Fastpitch Softball team hosted their annual Englewood Little League Players Clinic. The clinic is broken up into two different sessions with the first session consisting of any players who wanted to get better at their pitching or catching skills. The high school players set up stations to help the little league players improve their pitching and catching skills. Following the pitching and catching sessions, more high school players came in and spent time helping the little leaguers improve their hitting and fielding with a number of different stations ranging from working on sliding, drop steps and fielding as well as a number of hitting stations to improve their batting skills. The Fastpitch softball team was able to spend time with more than 40 Englewood Little League softball players to help improve their skills for the future of Northmont Fastpitch.
