There will be workouts for anyone interested in playing Men’s Basketball this year beginning Tuesday, September 5th. Workouts will be held from 3:00-5:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Workouts will consist of lifting, agilities, and open gym. Open gym will also be held on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm. These workouts will continue until Thursday, October 26th. Tryouts for Men’s Basketball will begin on Friday, November 3rd. You MUST have a current physical on file in order to participate in workouts or tryouts.
