3 Wrestlers earn State Berths, as Cloud Wins 285 Title

Wrestlers Send 8 To Districts,

The Wrestling team finished in 2nd place Saturday night at Centerville and qualified 8 Wrestlers to next weeks District meet at Trent Arena. Team Standings were Lakota West-209 Points, Northmont-183, Lakota East-159, Sidney-144, Piqua-122, Fairmont-117, Edgewood-114, Xenia-108, Stebbins-81, Troy-54 and Springfield-43. Northmont Girls qualify for Districts

 The Northmont Lady Bolts were at Woodman Lanes Wednesday (2-25-15) competing in the High School Bowling Sectionals. The girls finished 6th out of 22 teams to qualify for Districts.  After losing our highest average bowler, junior Taylor Herchenbach to a thumb injury during practice, the coaches knew it would take a complete team effort to qualify. 

Ricky Reed Named Central Division Bowler Athlete of Year

Ricky Reed was named the Central Division Athlete of the Year. Ricky averaged 231.8 in conference matches to win the award. He was also named to the all division 1st team along with his teammate Steve Kocher who averaged 227.8  for the year.  Congratulations Guys ! Both Ricky and Steve are members of the All State
