Wrestlers defeat Cincinnati Northwest 60-19

The wrestling team traveled dow to Hamilton last night and won 9 of 12 matches,8 by pin to defeat Northwest HighSchool. Winning for Northmont were, Chad Craft,Chase Craft, Kyle Gross, Cole Garretson,Matt Wysong, Dylan Moran, DillonEdwards and Ryan Cloud. The wrestlers will be home this Saturday at 2pm for senior day against Brookville.

Girls Basketball – Coaches vs Cancer

On Wednesday, January 28th the Northmont Girls Basketball Team will be hosting Fairmont in a Coaches vs. Cancer game to raise money for the American Cancer Association.  The JV game will begin at 6pm and Varsity game begins at 7:30pm. Coaches vs Cancer the game is trying to raise money to donate to the American Cancer Association.

Sophomore Karlee Kreusch was named this week’s swimmer of the week for her performance at the Southwest Ohio Swimming and Diving Classic swim meet. This is Karlee’s first year swimming for the Thunderbolts. Karlee had 4 personal best times in the 50 yard freestyle, 100 yard freestyle, 50 yard backstroke, and the 100 yard backstroke.
