“We have reached the midway part of our season. With the unique opportunity that the Covid season has brought us, we get to play everyone twice. It’s a chance to get redemption on the teams that got away from us and a chance to prove that we are the better team on the teams we have found success on.” Coach Mergler says.
In JV action, the Lady Bolts moved to 5-2 with an 8-0 pounding of the Lady Wildcats. Freshman Alina Perkins notched a hat trick, with Annabelle Beech and Hannah Craft each hitting the back of the net twice. Caroline Peters had one goal while Hannah Fea and Reagan Doughty added an assist each.
The Lady Bolts will start the GWOC second half by traveling to Kettering to take on Fairmont on Wednesday 9/16. JV game starts at 5:30 with Varsity at 7:00
